REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES: Reservations are due three business days prior to the event. No reservations will be made without payment in advance. Cancellations will be accepted until EOB Friday, November 29 to obtain a refund. You may designate someone from your company to attend as a replacement. No refunds or credits for no-shows.
ATTIRE: Business, cocktail and/or black-tie attire.
