SF Exterior Façade Ordinance – Understanding the Requirement

Do you manage a building that is five or more stories? If you answered yes, then the San Francisco Exterior Façade Ordinance will apply to you. Join us as we learn from our panelists on what the ordinance entails, and how best to plan and budget for this work.

Our panelists from the San Francisco Department of Building Inspection, Murphy Burr Curry Structural Engineers, and Rainbow Waterproofing & Restoration will discuss how the ordinance is administered, compliance dates for buildings based on their respective construction dates, and their tips on what to expect with the inspection process, reporting requirements, and physical repairs to the façade.
