Brenna Walraven is an internationally recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry and sustainability sphere. She has excelled at leading large, diverse real estate organizations and has served some of the most discriminating institutional investors.
Ms. Walraven founded Corporate Sustainability Strategies (CSS), a firm dedicated to providing best practice solutions for organizations by helping them develop and implement business case focused environmental, corporate social responsibility, and governance (ESG) strategies. After almost 17 years with USAA Real Estate, Ms. Walraven’s clients today represent both publicly and privately held real estate companies, representing approximately $100 billion in Assets under Management (AuM) throughout the United States, Canada, Asia, and Europe.
To date, results include 22 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Awards and savings of over $50 million in operating costs. Also, led via Ms. Walraven’s expertise, several clients have had consistent top performance recognition with the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB).

Craig Sheehy started Envision Realty Services in 2007 as he felt there was a growing and unmet demand for properties that are built or retrofitted to be resource-efficient and that are equipped with advanced energy saving technologies and have policies and programs in place to operate a High Performance Green Building.
Craig’s background is Commercial Real Estate, where he is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) and has managed properties for over 30 years. He oversaw a $500,000,000 Green Fund for Thomas Properties Group where he was Director of Sustainability.
Mr. Sheehy was Appointed Vice-Chair of Governor Schwarzenegger’s Real Estate Industry Leadership Council, where his role is incentivizing the private real estate sector into incorporating energy efficiency and green buildings into their projects. He is the Past President of BOMA Sacramento & Current Board Member and Past Chair of the BOMA BEEP program.
