Calling all Tenant Coordinators, APMs, and PMs! The deadline is quickly approaching to submit your Annual Energy Benchmark Summary to the SF Department of Environment. All commercial buildings larger than 10,000 sf are required to submit by April 1, 2019 or face fines. To help you complete this with ease, BOMA SF’s Energy & Environment Committee is hosting a Genius Bar to take you through the process step-by-step. Bring your laptop and submit your benchmark by the end of the meeting. After a brief step-by-step presentation, “Geniuses” (members of the committee) will be at your disposal to assist with the submittal and to answer any questions that may arise. This event is free of charge but registration is required.
