Free Follow-Up Forum to Discuss How Building Owners are Implementing the New Commercial Rents Tax
BOMA San Francisco is following up on the informative February 2019 workshop on the San Francisco Commercial Rents Tax with an event that will discuss practical approaches to filing estimated quarterly Gross Receipts and Commercial Rents Tax report with the San Francisco Tax Collector. The content of this workshop is intended to expand upon what has already been discussed. Please come prepared to discuss issues relating to rent statements, tax filings and internal documentation to support exemptions.
The San Francisco Tax Collector recently issued a notice of proposed regulations and we will review how these proposed regulations provide some guidance to property managers and internal auditors.
This will be an interactive program designed to provide a forum for information exchange for BOMA members and, to be successful, we ask that you submit questions in advance so we can better target this workshop.
