October Membership Luncheon/Workplace Wellness That Works

Workplace Wellness That Works featuring author Laura Putnam
The evidence is clear: Well-being is good for people, good for the organization, and essential for building a winning team. Yet, despite the many offerings available in most organizations — from walking challenges to meditation classes to flextime offerings—most employees are opting out. So, what’s holding people back from engaging more with well-being? Join us to learn from Laura Putnam, CEO of Motion Infusion and author of Workplace Wellness That Works, about why wellness in the workplace is a really good idea, why the prevailing approach is falling short, and how you can do better with tactics like creating a built environment that nudges people toward better health and activating managers to become multipliers of well-being for their team members. You’ll walk out of the session feeling inspired and armed with tangible techniques to improve your own personal well-being, along with tactics to build a wellness program that actually works.

The first 125 attendees will receive a copy of her book, Workplace Wellness That Works, compliments of ABM.
