Evan Shen, AIA| Urban Waterproofing, Inc.
After graduating from UC Berkeley with a degree in Architecture, Evan served for many years as a consultant in building envelope design and restoration before joining Urban Waterproofing in 2009. Evan is a licensed Architect in the state of California. His architectural background has proven invaluable for his current position at Urban Waterproofing as well as the waterproofing community. He has authored technical publications on curtain wall waterproofing and presented case studies on high-rise waterproofing & restoration for the SWR Institute and the International Concrete Repair Institute.

Tawni Sullivan | JNT Solutions
Tawni Sullivan is a veteran of over 30+ years in the Commercial Real Estate industry. She is a strategic thinker, while driving the mission of an organization for exceptional outcomes. Tawni is an inspirational leader, helping others extend their thinking, and able to drive material business advantages. She supports a culture that fosters collaboration, engaging a Leadership team to inspire people to do their best work, and then ensuring everyone has the tools and training to gain successful results. Her responsibilities to an organization also include mitigating risk and ensuring a monetary return. Past experience has included Alexandria Real Estate Equities. Prior to joining ARE, Tawni served as the Associate Managing Director - Asset Services at CBRE, and prior, as the Vice President of CAC Real Estate Management Co., Inc.

Tawni dedicates her time as the Chair of CREATE, an alliance with NAIOP, IREM, and BOMA Oakland East Bay which is committed to developing a workforce for the future of Commercial Real Estate. She also dedicates time on the board of TMASF, which is working to keep commuting alternatives at the forefront.
