After graduating from UC Berkeley with a degree in Architecture, Evan served for many years as a consultant in building envelope design and restoration before joining Urban Waterproofing in 2009. Evan is a licensed Architect in the state of California. His architectural background has proven invaluable for his current position at Urban Waterproofing as well as the waterproofing community. He has authored technical publications on curtain wall waterproofing and presented case studies on high-rise waterproofing & restoration for the SWR Institute and the International Concrete Repair Institute.

Tawni Sullivan is a veteran of over 30+ years in the Commercial Real Estate industry. She is a strategic thinker, while driving the mission of an organization for exceptional outcomes. Tawni is an inspirational leader, helping others extend their thinking, and able to drive material business advantages.
