2026 CRE: Where the Market Is Really Headed

Join us for an exclusive market outlook focused on Commercial Real Estate in 2026, featuring Alexander Quinn, Lead for the Northwest Region Research Department at JLL, and Ted Egan, Chief Economist for the City and County of San Francisco. Together, they will share expert insight into the Bay Area’s economic trajectory and its direct impact on commercial real estate—while taking some time to address the questions at the top of everyone’s mind as we look ahead to 2026.

This program will look back at how last year’s predictions played out and explore the key economic, real estate, and workforce trends expected to shape the region in the year ahead. We will get insights into the major events taking place across the Bay Area in 2026 that are expected to influence economic activity, tourism, infrastructure investment, and demand across commercial real estate and relevant sectors.

Examining trends such as venture capital investment, AI-driven office demand, technology employment, population shifts, and event-driven economic activity, this program offers a data-driven perspective on the region’s evolving economic landscape. Together, these forces are shaping office, industrial, and mixed-use assets across the Bay Area.

Attendees will gain insight that can inform leasing strategies, portfolio evaluations, client engagement, and long-term investment decisions, while connecting with peers across the commercial real estate community.  Whether you are a property manager, vendor, service provider, or investor, these experts will offer valuable context to help you navigate the SF Bay Area market—and 2026—with confidence.
