Christian Arno | Allied Universal
Christian Arno is the Regional Vice President at Allied Universal, overseeing operations in San Francisco and the Coastal Peninsula. With decades of leadership experience at the company, he specializes in organizational strategy, operational efficiency, and client-focused security solutions. Known for his expertise in risk assessment and team development, Christian has led major training initiatives, including active shooter preparedness for Fortune 500 clients and property management teams. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno, and executive protection certification from Executive Security International.

PANELISTS

Kimberly Pratt
Kimberly Pratt is the Director of Private Sector Engagement at the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC), where she strengthens partnerships between law enforcement and private industry to enhance regional security. She previously served as Executive Director of the FBI-affiliated InfraGard National Members Alliance and has a background in international security, having worked with the Japanese Mission to the UN and the Center for Nonproliferation Studies. Kimberly also brings experience from roles in information security at Solectron, Palm, and Wells Fargo. She holds a master’s in National Security Studies from Georgetown and a bachelor’s from UC San Diego, and is fluent in French and German.

Thomas Maguire
Commander Thomas Maguire with the San Francisco Police Department oversees the department’s Real-Time Investigation Center (RTIC), a state-of-the-art, 24/7 intelligence hub that supports patrols and investigations using live surveillance feeds, license plate readers, and drone technology. Under his leadership, the RTIC has contributed to over 500 arrests and played a key role in reducing citywide crime, including a 42% drop in auto theft. A decorated officer with extensive experience across specialized units such as Narcotics and Strategic Investigations, Maguire brings a forward-thinking approach to public safety, integrating advanced technology with real-time policing strategies.

Greg Suhr
Greg Suhr is a veteran law enforcement leader and former Chief of the San Francisco Police Department. With a career spanning over three decades with the SFPD, Suhr rose through the ranks from patrol officer to Captain of multiple stations to Deputy Chief of Field Operations, and was ultimately selected as the 42nd Chief of the Department. As Chief, he was recognized for his commitment to reform, community policing, innovative crime prevention strategies, and the children of the City – especially those living in lesser served neighborhoods. Suhr is a fourth-generation San Franciscan and currently serves as Director of Safety, Security, and Government Relations for BXP, overseeing security operations at Salesforce Tower in San Francisco.

Mike Sena
Mike Sena is the Executive Director of the Northern California High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (NC HIDTA) and the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC). With over 28 years in law enforcement, Sena has held investigative roles with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, the California Department of Justice, and the San Mateo County Sheriff’s and District Attorney’s Offices. He serves as president of the National Fusion Center Association, chairman of the Criminal Intelligence Coordinating Council, and is a key advisor to federal law enforcement and homeland security agencies. Sena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, San Bernardino
