What is Cultural Awareness? How does it create a sense of belonging at work?
At BOMA San Francisco, we believe in building opportunities to engage in conversations that matter. In this next installment of the candid conversation series, we will explore cultural awareness and its many facets.
Participants will break-out into smaller groups for quality facetime to listen and share their personal experiences. A safe space will made to speak or actively listen. In the end, we will all learn from one another. We request that participants join with audio and video on.
During this break-out session you will:
- Learn the importance of cultural awareness
- Bring together voices in the industry to discuss their own experiences and issues – both personal & professional
- Conduct safe dialogues to listen and learn from one another
- Build cultural bridges and break down barriers
