Free Forum to Discuss How Building Owners are Implementing the New Commercial Rents Tax  

Join your fellow BOMA San Francisco members at an upcoming forum to discuss how various building owners and property managers in San Francisco are approaching and possibly implementing Proposition C (June 2018) – The Early Care and Education Commercial Rents Tax.  This is an opportunity to share your thoughts and concerns – many BOMA members are perplexed by the massive new tax that began on January 1, 2019.  Your team likely has more questions than answers and you are not alone. This event has been organized with our commercial real estate professionals in mind to help find commonality amongst the chaos. The forum is being produced by member experts from the BOMA San Francisco Government Affairs Policy Advisory Committee (GAPAC). They will be leading this first discussion that will likely be held quarterly to ensure continuity of process and effective information exchange over time.   Lunch will be provided courtesy of SP+
