Thinking Like An Asset Manager

Do you want to be an asset manager? Do you want to interact more effectively with your asset manager?  Thinking like an asset manager is a key part of any successful real estate career. Come to this hands-on workshop to learn to think like an asset manager. Taught by industry veteran, Jim Arce, this workshop will show you the fundamental elements and teach you the basic tools of asset management. We will have hands-on training on the below topics, and more.

Jim Arce is one of the leading Asset Management executives in the industry and grasps the financial aspects and best practices involved with asset management, entity structuring, project leasing, project management and property management. He also has exceptional interpersonal skills including change management, team building and individual coaching. Currently Jim is an instructor for the SF State Commercial Real Estate Fellows Program.
