On September 12, BOMA SF is hosting its 3rd Annual “Reverse Trade Show” at 221 Main Street 4th Floor Conference Center from 4-6:45 p.m. We are offering 15 exclusive opportunities for Associate (vendor) members to participate. These are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, exclusively to new, Associate members who joined between April 2017 and July 2018. Those eligible have been contacted directly to participate.
The cost to participate is $850 and it allows two (2) company representatives to participate. Associate (vendor) members will get exclusive, direct access to leaders from principal member companies, organized in a rotating format (5 mins per table) to be followed by a networking reception. Principal members (1-2 representatives per table) will be seated by company at small tables; vendor members will rotate through the room on a timed basis – much like a speed dating exercise. Principal companies represented to date include: Alexandria Real Estate Equities; Avison Young; Boston Properties; CBRE; Hines; JLL; Kilroy Realty Corporation; Paramount Group, Inc.; RiverRock Real Estate Group; Rockhill Management; Shorenstein Realty Services, L.P.; The Swig Company; Tishman Speyer; Wilson Meany.
The value for Principal members is to learn more about products and services available in the market and get to know the people and member companies that provide them. The value for Associate members is the chance to have one-on-one conversations with key representatives about market conditions of specific trades, service and product innovations, and gain an understanding of the needs of our Principal Member base. An ample supply of business cards is the only collateral you should bring. All will be provided with complete contact information following the event.
