BOMA Young Professionals are invited to a panel discussion by industry leaders Wes Powell (JLL); Stacie Hill (LaSalle Investment Management); and David Dowdney (Columbia Property Trust) who will discuss a brief state of the local market, capital markets and how a property’s investment strategy affects the way it is managed and leased.
The formal presentation will be followed by a “Rapid Fire” Q & A session—formulate your questions ahead of time and ask everything you’ve ever wanted to ask about furthering your commercial real estate career: what are the duties of an Asset Manager, how is the property management team viewed by the Asset Manager, what proficiencies do Asset Managers want to see in operations staff, what skillsets should you be developing, etc. Space is limited so register early.
