Join industry veterans Tom and Nancy Gille for an engaging session on mastering the soft skills essential to professional success. Communication is a two-way street, where both parties play a vital role in ensuring clarity rather than confusion.
Feedback—whether giving or receiving—is a crucial part of effective communication. Done poorly, it’s like leading without direction; done well, it fosters growth and alignment. Accountability is the cornerstone of achieving results, ensuring that roles and responsibilities are backed by ownership and follow-through.
Additionally, being a successful manager involves not only leading your team but also managing up. Learn how to communicate effectively with your supervisors, anticipate their needs, and build stronger, more productive relationships to enhance your professional success.
