Design, Operation and Maintenance of Building Systems Part II is a RPA/FMA required course. This course is presented in the three-day accelerated review format. Students must study course materials and fully prepare before attending the instructor guided review. This course provides you with the information you need to make management decisions about various building systems and sites -- decisions that will increase occupant safety and comfort, while facilitating building efficiency.
Instructor: Jose Guevara, a lifelong San Franciscan, is a 25-year Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Professional. A certified RPA with a LEED AP designation, since 2008, and a California Real Estate License. Presently the Bay Area’s Senior Portfolio Manager for American Assets Trust, a San Diego based Real Estate development, Ownership and Management Company.
